As part of its strategic plan to support the housing sector and provide a modern, sustainable living environment, Anwar Tareeq Al-Mawasem for Trading, General Contracting, Investment, Real Estate Development and Industrial Investments Ltd. is undertaking an integrated project to build a modern residential complex in the capital, Baghdad. This vital and sustainable project is carried out under the official investment license issued by the Baghdad Investment Commission, and aims to develop residential infrastructure and deliver advanced urban solutions in line with the country’s urban renaissance.

🔹 Project cost: IQD 329,089,448,000 (three hundred twenty-nine billion, eighty-nine million, four hundred forty-eight thousand Iraqi dinars).

🔹 Location: Baghdad – Al-Karkh (on plot no. 1/2328 M 28 Tajiyat).

Project status:

The project is being carried out to the highest approved engineering and technical standards to build fully serviced residential communities — ensuring modern housing units that meet citizens’ aspirations, supported by advanced infrastructure, internal road networks, green spaces, and service facilities that contribute to the sustainable urban development of the capital, Baghdad.
